ET200 RIO's, 8 pc. TP177, Profibus valve device or frequency converter and Schenk weighing systems with Profibus connection. |
Briquetting plantControl system for fully automatic briquet productionline planning, commissioning and programming. The main components are: material processing, material drying, pressing, handling, packaging. Used were 5 pcs. Allen-Bradley SLC 505 PLC control systems, networked via ethernet. Allen-Bradley servo axes and frequency converter for various drives and positioning. The visualization system has been implemented with RS-View of Rockwell and operating stations in the system. The entire setup was implemented with Fieldbusystem DeviceNet and Ethernet on the data side The plant can run as a one-man operation from a control room. For service and support, remote access is implemented to achieve the highest possible system availability. Control system: 800 digital inputs / outputs, 25 analog inputs / outputs distributed over several fieldbus nodes, visualization with 1500 data points. |

Basic Engineering for a new steel plantParticipation in the project team of electrical design for a new steel plant (ThyssenKrupp CSA) in Brasil. The team consisted of 6 technicians. The main area of responsibility was to process and maintain the project database with 14,000 records. Creating the cable block diagrams and single line diagrams for subsystems and technical clarification with package suppliers. The technical approval of the MCC and PLC control panels. In the period after the engineering, quality assurance and support teams on site in Linz was in the main area of responsibility. The order volume was about 3900 hours for Control Engineering. The commissioning of the steel plant in Brazil was finished november 2010. On 16 August 2010 is the first Melt occurs. In October, the first shipment of finished slabs left the port. In mid-November the second production line started.

Control system for EPI-scrubber
Planning, programming, delivery and commissioning of Control system for emission control system consisting of 3 chambers of epitaxy.
EPI-scrubbers are specifically matched to resulting gases that are produced with the process of epitaxy.
The production of the Control system and the system wiring was done by a partner company.
As a Control system, a S7-300 was used, the Profibus connection to the control room was done via a CP342.
